Vakkam Maulavi Memorial Lecture on December 29

Published - December 24, 2025 08:25 pm IST - THIRUVANANTHPURAM The Vakkam Maulavi Memorial Lecture and Award Presentation, organised by the Vakkam Maulavi Memorial and Research Center, Vakkam, Thiruvananthapuram, will be held at Christchurch Centenary Hall, Palayam, at 5 p. m. on December 29. Author Khadija Mumtaz will deliver the lecture on the topic “Muslim Women – Vakkam Maulavi’s Perspective and Its Relevance Today.” The event will be presided over by Suja Susan George, writer and former director of the Malayalam Mission.
