Key Highlights

• The closing ceremony was attended by Prof Sanjeev Jain, Vice Chancellor, who highlighted the relevance of games like Gulli-danda, Kho-Kho, Vish-Amrit, Kanche, Santoli, Rumaal, Gitta, Stapu Ram-Sham and Mandal-kho in engaging students and reducing excessive social media use.
• Shakti Singh Pathak, Director, Anti-Corruption Bureau J&K, praised the initiative for diverting youth from drug addiction and other social evils.
• Prof Asit Mantry, Head of the Department, stated that Yuva Shakti Saptah is organized annually on Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary to encourage holistic development.
• The event was coordinated by Dr Aman, Dr Kiran, Dr Ravi Vanguri, Dr Yad Ram, Dr Mohan Galgotra, Dr Ravail Parihar, Dr Aarushi Billoria, Dr Mridu Sharma and Shivali Khajuria, with enthusiastic participation from all students.
